As the Director of Culture & Client Experience at InteraWorks, Stephenie manages the heart of the organization, including strategy, metrics, and structures to ensure internal and external alignment for team and priorities. She also oversees the development and implementation of company-wide initiatives that improve our client’s experience to ensure they are satisfied, informed, and supported throughout each stage of their relationship with InteraWorks.
Stephenie’s 20+ years in the design and logistics field fueled both her creative and functional sides, allowing her to balance the science of communication with the art of design.
One of Stephenie’s unique skills is graphic recording. She hears what clients are really saying and captures their ideas graphically to help groups see the bigger picture of where they have been and where they need to go. Stephenie is truly her happiest when she can see the light bulb appear in someone’s mind.
Outside of the office, Stephenie enjoys spending time with her husband and son, reading cheesy teenage fiction, playing roulette, or telling ghost stories.
