Michelle started her career as an efficiency coach and productivity consultant 23 years ago in the heart of Silicon Valley. With the deluge of distraction and the world of competing priorities, these workers needed real solutions. Her personal and business foundational principle, ‘people matter most,’ allowed her to help hundreds of busy professionals unleash the natural organizer within them and experience ‘freedom’ in their workday. Michelle had the privilege of working with several Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies.

Michelle’s formal training in college encompassed leadership and communication. Her experience includes starting and growing a company and being a trainer in the call center of an international engineering firm. She also had the privilege of serving on the board of directors for the National Association of Productivity Consultants and Organizing Professionals in several states and continues to mentor and coach incoming professionals in this industry.

Keeping an attitude of ‘adventure’ fuels Michelle’s spirit. You can find her skiing or snowboarding during the winter months or hiking an incline in the off-season. Michelle is in a season of life in which she is courageously leaning into a new culture and a new language.
