Actions speak louder than insights. Kelty brings an authentic curiosity to all client interactions and seeks to co-create meaningful solutions. While the insight and experience she gained from nearly 20 years of consultative sales/business development work in media, nonprofit, financial services and the L&D industry elicit confidence, it is in fulfilling her commitments to her clients that she builds lasting trust.

While Kelty’s formal education ended with an MBA in 2007, she is a passionate lifelong learner dedicated to InteraWork’s purpose of “Elevating the Human Experience,” for herself and her clients. Kelty delights in their “aha” moments, such as this partner’s feedback: “It was your tool which allowed me to succeed. My part was to use it. Together, we did it!”

Kelty lives in Austin, Texas with her beloved husband, two daughters, and three dogs. She is a founding member of Texas’s longest-running open-fire paella festival but is still attempting to master her socarrat technique.
