Julio is a highly motivated and enthusiastic senior learning and development consultant with a demonstrable track record in designing and delivering global learning solutions and talent programs on time, within budget and liaising with multiple senior stakeholders. He is well respected for building excellent working relationships, developing and coaching individuals and teams and being imaginative and innovative. Julio truly believes that “every day is a school day,” and he has a real passion for learning and development and supporting the growth of others.

As a Facilitator with InteraWorks, Julio has been told that his presentation style is warm and optimistic. He encourages clients to remain curious and reminds them that while we cannot direct the wind, we can adjust our sails. Things happen only when we take action.

In Julio’s personal time, he enjoys being with family and friends, traveling, going to the gym, and hill walking.
