Aaron is a facilitator based in Denver, Colorado. His commitment to ignite performance and transform lives comes from his extensive experience as an entrepreneur and business owner, coach and political consultant. Aaron’s experience extends over a decade-and-a-half working at the intersection of for-profit, non-profit and government to empower individuals, businesses and organizations to continue and expand the critical work they do. In doing so, he has impacted hundreds of lives across three continents leading teams, working with senior executives, and conducting trainings. Previously, Aaron spent nearly a decade in Washington, DC, where he completed a Bachelor’s degree and Master’s from the George Washington University.
Aaron has been recognized for his leadership, advocacy and community involvement including: 40 Under 40 by the American Association of Political Consultants, Government Affairs Co-chair for the Rocky Mountain Anti-Defamation League, and he earned a Digital Media and Learning Award from the MacArthur and HASTAC Foundations for CivicsLab, an innovative blend of technology and education to inspire kids’ participation in civic engagement.
Aaron is an avid traveler having visited over 35 countries, including teaching English as a second language in rural Costa Rica. Aaron is a Colorado native and loves life in the Rocky Mountains, enjoying his favorite places and activities with his wife and daughter.
