Anne brings well over 20 years of experience as an Executive Leadership Coach and Consultant working in organizations all over the world including Europe and Japan, where she was regional director for a large university program. Building her career around a life-long devotion to helping individuals and organizations explore and express their deepest potential, her expertise is in developing people, programs and products that make a positive difference in the world.
As an entrepreneur, Anne has been successful in the founding and/or development of a variety of successful organizations over the years. Now Co-Owner and Managing Partner of InteraWorks, Anne brings together all her experience and dedication to helping people gain access to their deepest creative resources and then converting those resources into tangible results. Anne’s Master’s degree is in Resource Development along with a variety of certifications including Master NLP practitioner and coach.
A tireless advocate for community-based art programs, she was responsible for establishing the first ever Performing Arts Center in her community. In her free time, you will find Anne hiking in the mountains of Colorado, through the Scottish Highlands or along the Spanish Camino. She is also a playwright, author and documentary film producer who speaks regularly on the topic of the need for “Wisdom-ing” in our communities.
