Mary Lynn “ML” has been a Corporate Trainer, Facilitator, Productivity Coach, Consultant and Speaker since 2005. She served as Director of Operations for a multimillion-dollar restaurant development company for 7 years.

ML graduated from Brown University in the US in 1991 with a B.A. in Religious Studies which brought her fascination with human dynamics into the business world. Since joining InteraWorks, ML has facilitated over 800 training and development workshops globally. Her professionalism, unique humor and ability to quickly connect to a room, bring challenging topics home to participants in a meaningful, lasting way.

ML enjoys playing music, painting portraits, learning languages, and loves her home in the country just outside of Austin, Texas.
